Gjilan Court: Mefail Shkodra has no active materials, sentenced three times in the past

According to the Court's evidence, Mefail Shkodra has previously been tried in three criminal cases, all concluded with condemnation.

About yesterday's murder case in the centre of Gjilan City, the Foundation Court in Gjilan announces public opinion and the media, that against the alleged person Mefail Shkodra there are no active substances in this court. In the meantime, as for his criminal record, we are informing you that at the Constitutional Court in Gjilan, the person Mefail Shkodra has had 3 (three) criminal drugs and that they are all finished with criminal bias”, the report says.

In 2018 he is said to have been convicted of possession, control, or possession of illegal weapons.

In 2014, he was convicted of theft of municipal services. In 2011, however, he was convicted of general danger.

“in 2018 was charged with criminal work with possession, control or possession of weapons, tried and convicted and sentenced. In 2014 he was charged with criminal theft of municipal services, which in this case has been tried and convicted and in 2011 accused of causing overall danger, where, in this case, he has been tried and convicted by this court”, the communiqué of this institution is said.

Meanwhile, for the other two suspects -- Edonys Shkodra and Engjull Shkodra -- the Court has confirmed they do not figure out in the criminal register and have not had tried or unfinished cases in this institution.
