On one DeclarationThe EU has sorryly described Vetevendosje Movement's stance.
“The EU is disappointed at the failure of the two political parties of Kosovo Serbs. It's a pity Vetevendosje's stay during the Certificate process. The sweeping character of the upcoming local elections is key to the future of reports between Kosovo and the European Union. Political parties that have met the legal criteria should be allowed to participate in the elections, and elected representatives should take over duties elsewhere in Kosovo, given a free, just and inclusive process”, it is said in response.
The EU has said it expects responsible institutions to ensure that the entire process, including the party appeal, will be carried out in accordance with the Constitution and laws in Kosovo.
