In the coming days, the American jury is expected to announce the verdict on its fate, as a decision has already been made on four of the five counts.
Combs, 55, was arrested in September 2024 and faces two counts of sexual trafficking, one count of rockets, and two counts of transportation for the purpose of prostitution. He has denied all charges and declared innocence.

Jury Decision and Requet Issue
The jury has reached verdicts on four counts, but has not yet made a decision on the most serious charge -- the rapt charge (a charge of criminal organisation). Judge Arun Submania has ordered the jury to proceed with procedures on the issue.
The capital in the legal sense is a charge intended to strike down structured criminal organisations, such as mafias. If convicted, Combs could face a sentence to life on a federal level. The charges of sexual trafficking have a minimum sentence of 15 years, while charges of transportation of prostitution bring up to 10 years in prison, the telegraphy reads.
Details From the Trial and the Evidence
The trial started in May in New York, and among the witnesses were also Combs' former partner, Cassie Ventura, and rapper Kid Cudi. The prosecution has described terrible events where Cobbs organised marathon sex festivals, known as <x0freak offs”, during which he allegedly forced numerous victims to commit sexual acts.
Ventura has declared that these holidays could last up to 36-48 hours, even up to four days at the most extreme. It has also said participants experienced dehydration, fatigue and the need for recovery from drug use. According to her, Combs threatened her with videos of these festivals to force her to perform other acts.
At the beginning of the trial, a video from last year was shown, where Chambs physically assault Cassie Ventura at a hotel in Los Angeles. This video came after a lawsuit she charged with rape and physical abuse during their 11-year relationship.
Current status and expectations
Sean Combs has been held in custody at the New York Metropolitan Centre since his arrest in September 2024. The trial continues, and the jury is expected to return to the hall on July 2nd to continue productions.
The final decision is expected to have great impact, while the process has sparked debate over the nature of the charges and the consequences it will have for the career and personal life of the rapper. /Periscope/
