In response to Facebook, Demak has called this decision “misleading”, but added that this is only a procedure and does not yet finally determine the fate of the judicial process.
“Refused the motion to drop a portion of the indictment is disappointing, but there remains a procedure that does not specify the ongoing course of the process against KLA leaders.” demaku wrote.
Demak called for action so that, as he said, “justice will not be replaced by injustice. ”
The time ahead is our opportunity, as a country of glorious past, as a free and emanimated people and as responsible institutions with a clean conscience, to do whatever depends on us not to replace justice with injustice.
On the contrary, we will prove that, as many times in our history, in crucial moments, has dominated envy, indiscretion of ignorance, prior to the ability to reflect for great purposes. ” The MP further wrote PDK.
We think Demak had voted against the establishment of the Special Court.
