The British singer, whose wealth is estimated at around 350m euros, recently bought a new apartment in Brooklyn, New York, for more than 10m euros.
The apartment is located in a luxurious complex just on the coast, and surprisingly, his neighbor is American rapper Kendrick Lamar.

Sheeran and his wife, Cherry Seaborn, who has been married since 2019, and with whom there are two girls named Lyra (4) and Jupiter (2 years old), have long rented an apartment in the same building for which they have paid more than 25 thousand euros a month.
The purchase of the new property was carried out through a special company founded by Ed and Cherry, and according to documents from New York, the transaction was conducted without taking credit they bought the apartment in cash.
In this way they also received certain tax reliefs, especially if they decide to sell their property one day, they pass a telegraph.
The apartment covers an area of approximately 315 square metres and offers luxury, which includes two gyms, a 24-hour reception and a garage with charge stations for electric vehicles.
He owns at least 27 properties in the United Kingdom
This is neither the first property nor the only one owned by the famous musician. It owns at least 27 properties in the United Kingdom, including a luxury house in Nottingham Hill worth 20m euros, as well as apartments in elite areas of London such as Covent Garden, Holland Park and Whitechapel.
Ed owns five properties in Holland Park, worth a total of 30m euros and two other apartments near Buttersea Dogs and Cats Home.

There are also four apartments in the Covent Garden, as well as five apartments in Wiverton Tower in Whitechapel. These properties alone are worth more than 45m euros.
Ed is also the owner of the renowned London-based restaurant Bertie Blossoms in Portobello Road, and outside the city he also has a villa in Italy with his vineyards and a big estate in Suffolk that locals call Sheranville.
In his hometown, Framlingham, Suffolk, where he moved to an old farm house in 2012, Ed has since acquired four other properties around him.
The rumours say the artist bought some properties in London just to avoid neighbouring complaints about the noise from private holidays. /Periscope/
