Pearce and Waiti, who are old friends and early comic fans, have long wanted to work together on such a project.
Judge Dredd, created in the late 1970s by John Wagner and Carlos Ezquera, is a judge of the future in the dystolic city of Mega-City One, where it operates simultaneously as police, jurists and executioners, reports Telegraph, broadcast Periscope.
