Pristina, 2 July 2025 Kosovo's Court of Appeals reports that, following the Kosovo Judiciary Council's decision, No.261/2025, dated June 27th 2025, through which the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, the Commercial Court and the Constitutional Court in Pristina are authorised to assess the working conditions (rest with high temperatures) in the Palace of Justice and, depending on the assessment, to decide on reducing work or suspension to improve the situation, the President of the Court of Appeals, Valon Toy has decided to reduce the work on the court, as well as judges and staff are released by noon.
These measures will be constantly revised, depending on climate conditions and the sancing of problems with the management of the Palace of Justice by responsible bodies.
