Rodriguez confirmed to CNN that Madsen had suffered a heart attack and was found unconscious at his home in Malibu on Thursday morning.
“Michel Madsen was one of Hollywood's most famous actors and will miss us very much”, his managers, Suzanne Ferris and Ron Smith of the Entainment, along with Rodriguez, said in a joint statement.
Los Angeles Police Department spokesman Sergeant Hauregi confirmed about CNN that members of the Sheriff's Office responded to a phone call at Madsen's house this morning, where they found a body with no signs of life.
