He said he expects within that time to have a final decision of the Constitutional Court.
“As such it is understood even with the first decision to have a 30-day deadline. The move is too short, just two weeks, which means the Court will come up with a new verdict within two weeks. I hope it's a final solution. By August 8th, there are only two weeks and will surely come up with a new clarification, with a final measure of how to take place, because on July 27th the 30-day deadline ends. It had to be completed with a final process”, Haradinaj said.
According to him, the damage is huge in various fields. He added that the 30-day period has had to be used to find institutional solutions.
“Dations are numerous, as in the internal economic, security, international external plan with our credibility. The financial damage we're not receiving the funds we owe. The budget is not working, all this is consequences. It had to be used for 30 days to find formulas for selecting the head parliament, because there are options for government creation. If not, it should have passed rights to other parties”, he added.
Haradinaj accused incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti of blocking processes in the country.
You see that Mr. Kurti is holding Kosovo hostage, has made the country think of doing worse and worse. All that is happening to Kosovo is in favour of Kosovo's enemies, mostly of Serbia and Russia. He's precisely running their” agenda, the AAK chairman told EO.
