According to OEK, this decision once again confirms the continuing concerns raised by the business community and the Oda itself, regarding the unilateral and, according to them, nontransparent implementation of this process.
“In the absence of a valid announcement and in the absence of a legal basis for implementation, the Kosovo Economic Oda requires the ZRE to cancel the decision of 05.04.2024, which can no longer produce judicial effects”.
“The ZRE is obliged to implement the court's final judgments, and failure to comply is a serious violation of the judicial order that brings criminal responsibility. Since the beginning, the Kosovo Economic Oda has been the institutional voice that has stood in defense of business interest, opposing unilateral decisions weighing on production and the local economy as a whole”, Klankosova broadcasts.tv.
In addition, Oda Economics said it will continue to fight any decision that violates equal rights and fair treatment of the economic community in the country.
