Actress and screenwriter Naser Rafuna has reacted publicly to the Kosovo Cinematographic Centre (QKK), charging him with injustice and lack of transparency in sharing funds for films.
It shows that, although it has applied several times with important projects and international co-operation, it has never won, considering the outcome of the contests predetermined.
According to Rafuna, even with the arrival of the new government, there has been no change; rather, the grasp of institutions has grown fat.
Full Posting:
This week I'm leaving, I applied to the QKK -- the Kosovo Cinematograph Centre with two long-mage film scenarios. I have applied in the past and with the scenario of the Oscars winner, I have applied to foreign director who won in Cannes... this year in January, applied to two other scenarios for the feature film of the long yard, but I didn't win, I've actually never won, and in this week at the QKK competition, so I applied to two other scenarios with the feature long film scripts and I know I won't win.
You can win in a competition that is extended because, those who are set to win, they didn't have the documentation in time, they weren't ready for producers to win twice in a year, or even for those who were once part of the QKK, the deadline is extended for applicants - jury members' collaborators and so on and so forth.
I had a feeling that by the time Albin came
With VV friends, so with the arrival of new political winds, the fog of corruption would be cleared, the bridges of cultural clans would be burned. But the reality is like a stopped story between two chapters: white pages of hope that cut colors of change, but the colors remain on the cover, unchanged in the same painting.
It's about greed, which we've seen in his predecessors, where for any participation in cultural events, like a composer of words, our prime minister can orchestrate words with the same virtue that Rembrandt invites light to the painting, Bergman slows down time in the movie, or Rahmaninov lights up the spirit symphony.
Every premiere, every concert, every exhibition becomes a spectacular scene, when he appreciates critical verses of cerebrative that Fernando Peso would also envy, where in these magnificent art portraits, he paints pompously on his social networks, so beautiful. It paints beautifully in words, without spelling mistakes, as if a philologist who would envy even Cabebe, but I never draw a real image of the Ministry of Culture now turned into foundations of NGOs or supply routes through the subordinate institutions of this ministry of relatives, mentioned as higher.
There is no need for our prime minister in office to study the definitions of Jacques Pigidas or Gille Deleuze's to understand exactly what's happening to culture in the country, or how he sells funds for it, more precisely. They'd like to see it as he sees it, what his eye looks like, because of greed... we really wanted it to be as you can see. But...
This power promised us ways to cultural freedom; but instead, it leads us through a maze of undetected gifts without transparency, without justice. They also captured the QKK through its delegate, the leader of this institution, promised us that they would capture the state, give it to those who had captured this institution for years, and instead strengthened the relationship. So our belief in this leadership turns blind attempt to find the true light in the shadows of political unity, which we neither love nor care about. All we care about is the culture, art, theatre, film, specifically the theme of the KKK writing and nothing else.
We didn't win this competition when you weren't, we all know the injustice even though you shut the new power down, the power that we brought you to put order, the thickest of “is going to be:x1> We do not need mercy or prayer except righteousness. And justice will result according to what was said above: they will win, for what the contest has been postponed...
We have hoped in justice -- not in the “seizure fraud” honoured Albin Kurti of Hajrkull Ceku with his friends and friends.
