This document you're looking at is KEK, and it's obvious that he has announced the KEDS division/ KESCO and other activists that in the next 24 hours, they offer not a single megawat of electricity for service to consumers.
The alarm has already been raised by the distribution company, until KEK has not yet announced whether B1 Block, which has a capacity of 260 megavat hours of electricity, has dropped.
KEK has announced it is restoring Kosovo's A3 Block A, which was unplannedly out of the system, but is not known whether it is also in production of the A5 Block.
What is known is only that Kosovo's B2 B unit and Kosovo's A4 unit A is in the referendum.
Paradoxal also appears that KEK has not provided electricity from KESH, the Albanian Energy Corporation, with which there is agreement on electricity exchange 1 to 1 when they are in such crisis situations and when thermal power plants fall unplanned.
This situation, with zero production of electricity from Thermocentrals, occurs for the first time in 25 years after the war. Field experts who have worked for decades at KEK, contacted by Infocus, have claimed that such a situation does not ever remember this, at least not in the past 25 years of postwar.
“There have been temporary defects, maintenance or interruptions of one or two blocks, but never in history has it happened to be out of place to all the thermocentric production units, at the same time”, points out a senior engineer, former technical manager at KEK.
This situation is no coincidence, but the result of continued institutional and managerial degradation. Over the past four years, KEK has been involved in numerous scandals, technical failures and the collapse of public credibility.
