This session was not conducted as a common one, taking place after 48 hours, but after 24 hours of agreeing to all MPs to rest today for the Kurban Bajrami holiday.
The parliamentary stalemate is now continuing for nearly two months due to the Vetevendosje Movement's insistence on a secret vote for their candidate for the prime parliament, Albulen Haxhiun.
The latter is failing to ensure the necessary majority to become MP chief.
