As in those three-and-a-half hours, Fazliu wants to be forwarded and defending all the trial expected to start against him and Thaci, Smaj, Kilaj and Kuci in the fall of 2025, and even after the registry's refusal decision, has written an insistent letter to the Court.
The registry refuses this opportunity because of the defence it offered the Smajt Union, Fazliu's co-accused, to the late 2023 raid.
Klan Kosova learns that the Smaj Union has expressed readiness to give even formally a consent to the appointment of Kerkın as Fazliu's co-protectors.
He currently has a key lawyer for Rexhep Selimi, David Young.
This is the second case of the special rejection of the lawyer's appointment, as Vekatesfari Alagedra was not allowed to protect Salih Mustaf while leading Jakup Krasniqi's team. /Periscopi/
