DPS spokesman Michael Doyle has stressed that the demand in question involved appealing an earlier decision by the judges, with whom the Judicial Chamber had accepted documents of the General Staff and the Kosovo Interim Government as evidence.
Regarding the prime authenticity of the documents, the Judicial Chamber recalled in detail how it had made an assessment of the authenticity of each document, taking into account a number of relevantatic indicators, such as signatures and seals, as well as the fact that some of these documents were classified to Mr. Krasniqi”, Doyle said at a news conference.
The same at the end added: “related to the objection of the defence that the prosecution handed over these documents for acceptance at the end of its evidence, the Judicial Chamber stressed that, through the list of material evidence handed down by the prosecution before calling witnesses, defence had been informed of the prosecution's intention to use and to rely on each of these materials that at the beginning of the” process. /Periscope/
