In this case, KEK has called for co-operation by business representatives, with the goal of successful implementation of this important energy sector process. At the same time, it has been stressed that as public production companies, KEK is acting in full implementation of the ERE laws and regulations in force.

It is also stressed that, under the ZERE regulation, the legal deadline for service delivery as the FMF ends on July 30th 2025, and during this period KEK is working on increasing its operational capacities to effectively respond to market requirements and businesses targeting commercial supplies from KEK.
