Ukrainian intelligence noted that the aim of the launch is to intimidate Ukraine and exert pressure on EU and NATO member states -- a tactic seen as part of nuclear blackmail -- is broadcasting Telegrafi.
“A missile equipped with training ammunition is ordered to be launched by a mobile system from the 433rd Regiment of the 42nd Russian Army Division”, the Ukrainian defense intelligence said.
The launch site is near the village of Swobodny in Sverdlovsk, Russia, with training ammunition planned for use.
