The two main parties in Albania -- the Socialist Party and the Democratic Party -- will officially shut down the electoral campaign in Tirana today, on the eve of parliamentary elections to be held this Sunday, May 11th.
The Socialist Party has warned of the development of the closing activity at 7:00 in the field near Olympic Park, where Prime Minister Edi Rama and other candidates of this political force are expected to participate. In parallel, at the same hour, the Democratic Party will keep its final rally on New Boulevard, with the participation of its leader and numerous supporters.
Meanwhile, the new opposition parties completed their campaign yesterday, demanding political wheels and substantial changes in the country's direction. On Sunday, citizens will head to polling stations to elect new representatives in the Assembly. /Periscope/
