Kosovo police have arrested 11 people in the operational plan “Patenta”, who are suspected that in various forms they have assisted numerous candidates to be equipped with drivers of different categories.
It becomes known that police in Pristina, Gjilan and Gjakova have searched 10 locations as private homes, regional offices of the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure ʹ co-ordinators/eczaminers and auto schools businesses.
The following evidence has been seized: an AK47, two pistols, 224 pieces of various calibre bullets, cash ready (16.145 euros and 6660 Swiss francs), 17 mobile phones, 3 PC, 2 USB”, said the police report.
The detainees, according to police, allegedly committed criminal acts such as using official position or authority, accepting bribery in the private sector, affecting and “retaining ownership, control or unauthorized possession of arms.
