Negotiations on a possible end to the war in Ukraine will take place today in Turkey. Zelensky is going to Istanbul, but as Putin and Trump are reportedly not there.
Concretically, the Kremlin yesterday revealed members of the delegation that would participate in direct negotiations with Ukraine, but President Vladimir Putin is not mentioned among them.
The Russian delegation will be led by presidential adviser Vladimir Medinsky and will also include Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin and Deputy Defence Minister Alexandr Fomin, according to a list published by the Kremlin.
Trump said he'd go if Putin came.
