The Council for Protection of Rights and Human Freedoms has called the Special Court a racist court founded under conditions of violence and psychological pressure from Kosovo Parliament deputies.
This organisation adds that the Special Court is a legal monstrum, in the service of international and local politics, which is particularly evidenced at the conclusion of the process against Kosovo's top leaders, as well as the leaders of the liberation war.
Full response of KMDLNY:
The Racist Special Court, founded under conditions of violence and psychological pressure by Kosovo's Parliament deputies, proved to be a legal monstrum, in the service of international and local politics, which is particularly evidenced at the end of the process against Kosovo's top leaders, as well as the leaders of the liberation war.
The goal was to arrest Hashim Thaci, Jakup Krasniqi, Kadri Veselini and Rexhep Selimi, while the others were arrested to make this trial more credible , some of whom were sentenced to high sentences, devised processes, and <x0-prova” from Serbia. JSR e, though it was declared to be founded by the Kosovo Parliament and that it was part of Kosovo's judicial system, nothing was identified with Kosovo and felt no obligation to the “the founders of the Kosovo Assembly.
Even in an annex agreement that had never been made transparent to the public, the sovereignty of decision-making in all cases was carried on to the JSR , which represents the President in the history of international justice in the most negative sense of the word.
Since the beginning of the KMDLNj process has identified serious human rights violations of The Hague hostages, all Albanians and all Kosovo citizens. These findings have been addressed to Kosovo institutions that have responsibility for protecting the human rights of those deprived of freedom, the Ministry of Justice and the Assembly of Kosovo. The MD has done the opposite, rather than protecting human rights by cutting back their funds, has reduced their chances and rights for quality and effective protection.
The majority of Kosovo deputies has shown no will, courage and responsibility stemming from their mandate to request information and responsibility from the JSR and for the inhuman, insulting and degrading treatment of prisoners, all Albanians and all Kosovo citizens. Kosovo institutions and Parliament deputies have had to be called to international human rights documents, primarily in the Convention on Prevention of Torture and Inhuman and Degrading Treatment.
This court has not been monitored by anyone, it has been completely nontransparent, with a serious lack of accountability. Since the Niuremberg Process, after World War II, you cannot find a court that so brutally violates human rights, mainly on ethnic grounds, as they did the JSR and The Hague. No consequences. The hostages in The Hague -- vulnerable to international justice and the state of Kosovo -- have remained at the mercy of a group of bureaucratics who have benefited materially at the expense of people who have suffered major human losses, to the extent of genocide, as was the case in Kosovo.
The head of this trial, Ekaterina Trendafilova, along with prosecutor Smith, supported by Kosovo politicians have created an alibi that hostages from Kosovo must be punished, however, in support of the most brutal aggression was Trendafilova, who, like her native, Baba Wanga, predicted life sentence. Dad Vanga has only predicted, Trandafilova has the potential to exercise influence on decision-making 100 per cent.
KMDLNj has regularly denounced the brutal violations of human rights of persons deprived of freedom, all Albanians and all Kosovo citizens in The Hague since arbitrating arrest, failing to bring in timely health services, failing to translate judicial material into the Albanian language, inhuman treatment during humanitarian visits, limited information in the mother tongue, restricting visits, insufficient food and non-compliance, keeping in custody beyond any reasonable time, the brutal violation of the principle of innocence presumption through public statements of JR personnel, even if there is a lack of transparency and accountability.
KMDLNj warns the opinion that a dirty legal game is being played before the JSR and The Hague, where neither the victims benefit justice nor the eventual responsibility for crimes gets the deserved sentence. The game is being played for completely dirty political purposes!
