The Spacial Procroria of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) has filed charges against Aleksandar Vlasic under spying allegations.

According to the indictment, Vlasic until the day of his arrest on June 26th 2024 as an accomplice of Serbia's Intelligence and Security Agency (BIA) had collected and information including documents and material that violate Kosovo's constitutional order and security and then broadcast it to a BIA official.

The Actakuz, which was set up on May 22nd 2025, says Vladjic had initially secretly recorded the movements of Kosovo Police vehicles and international presence in the northern part of the country.

Then it is said that he had gathered information about Serbs who allegedly were collaborators of security structures in the Republic of Kosovo.

The Actakuz says all this information, Vlasic had communicated to BIA official thus by acting contrary to Kosovo's state interests, damaging constitutional order and violating national security.
