Albin Kurti still hasn't talked about citizens.
When you win 42% of the electorate, you bear great responsibility, not only to those who have voted, but to many who have not voted, or who have not participated in the elections.
And if for three months you don't address citizens for the post-election crisis, for delays in forming and functioning institutions, this is not just a lack of communication, this is a lack of respect for the citizens who believed you.
A leader who wins 42% must be transparent, accessible and responsible. He cannot hide behind silence, behave like a figure that appears only for campaigning and disappears after elections.
