In this letter, the SASIJ requires among other things: improving human resource management, respecting meritocracy principles, implementing legitimacy, and revising cofficients and salaries for diplomats.
According to Hajoll, the goal is to increase efficiency and professionalism within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspore, through a more transparent and fair approach to decision making.
