The woman, who is identified in the documents as “Jane Doe”, says she knew Diddy in an elevator in May 2001, where he asked for the number and then met in a nightclub. At the second meeting, he tried to kiss her, but she avoided her physically.
According to the indictment, in July he contacted her again and invited her to the studio, where she went with a friend.
After a night he started at the club and ended up in Diddy's apartment, Doe claims he forced him into the bedroom, put his hand to his throat, saying: “It shows that he kept holding and raping her despite her calls to stop him.
She adds that after the act, she went to the bathroom to clean up her body and then left with her friend with a black SUV. Two days later, Combs tried to contact her again, but she no longer answered any calls or invitations.
The indictment reportedly after this incident, she withdrew from social life, feared to be alone with men, and began therapy every week for about six months.
This is just one of many charges weighing on the Combs, which is currently under investigation for sexual trafficking and the creation of a structured criminal organisation. He has denied all charges.
