Police arrested Brown under suspicion of serious bodily injuries to musical producer Abe Diaw at the Tape nightclub in Mayfair, downtown London, in February 2023.
The American music star R&B, 36, was arrested shortly after 2am at the Lowry Hotel.
Brown had travelled to Manchester Airport on a private jet yesterday afternoon, perhaps to start testing his tour of the United Kingdom, which begins on 15 June in Manchester.
The daily The Sun contacted the police after confirming that Brown was in the country, wondering if he would be arrested for the incident.
Metropolitan investigators then traveled to Manchester to arrest the singer after receiving information. /Periscope/
