At the first hour of the vote since the centre-wide opened, turnout has reportedly been 1.81% from 937 polling stations that have taken information to the CEC.
Compared to participating in the local elections two years ago, there is a slight increase, while in the first four-year general elections, voter turnout was 3.37%. /tch/Periscopi/
