CEC releases figures, as was first hour voter turnout in Albania

Albania's Central Election Commission has published the first figures for participation in elections under way today.

At the first hour of the vote since the centre-wide opened, turnout has reportedly been 1.81% from 937 polling stations that have taken information to the CEC.

Compared to participating in the local elections two years ago, there is a slight increase, while in the first four-year general elections, voter turnout was 3.37%. /tch/Periscopi/
