Le Scournec was wearing black while standing without emotion in court listening to Judge Aude Burés make his decision. He had admitted the charges in March.
Judge Burés said the court had taken into account the fact that the former surgeon had particularly sought sick, vulnerable and relaxed victims.
Le Scournec, 74, is already in prison after being sentenced in 2020 to 15 years for rape and sexual assault on four children, including two of his nieces, reports BBC, broadcast Periscope.
In March, during a session held by closed doors, Le Scoaranec admitted that he had sexually abused 299 victims, many of them while under anesthesia or woke up after surgery. /Periscope/
