According to analyst Africa Kasolli, the blocking of the Assembly's construction will continue further.
“I am pessimistic that the situation could be unblocked in the Kosovo Assembly, this situation will continue this institution will not be literally constituted because it is not considered binding solely on verification and swearing by MPs, but only when the mayoral elections and leadership.”, Kasoli told RTVDukagin.
Casolli added that Vetevendosje, as the winning party of the February 9th elections, is gaining time with the situation created.

The Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI) said Albulen Hadziu's move as Kosovo Assembly Speaker shows there is a lack of political will for compromise.
“KDI calls for all MPs, regardless of political affiliation, to contribute to the successful closure of this constitutional session. But we point out that the main responsibility falls on the biggest subject in the Assembly, the Vetevendosje Movement, which is tasked with leading the process and doing everything required, including political discussions and compromises, to ensure a majority for the election of Parliament Speaker”, was said in response.
After two failures Saturday, MPs approved the Commission's report to verify the mandates, until the 120 elected MPs gave their oath.
How did MPs vote for Hadzi as chief parliament?
The proposal for Albulen Haxhiu to assume the post of chief parliament in the ninth legislature received votes of the Vetevendosje Movement, all non-Serb minority deputies except Duda Bales and Veton Berisha.
By 57 votes for, 20 against and 3 abstentions.
Hadzi's election as chief parliament also voted Nenad Rassic, whose party has secured one of the ten seats belonging to representatives of the Serb community.
Against Hadzi's election, the LDK's elected deputies voted, while those of the Social Democrat Initiative abstained.
