Abelard Tahiri, re-elected MP The PDK has accused Albin Kurti of blocking Kosovo's IX Parliament's IX Legissulatement.
According to Tahiri, Kurti is refusing to resign from the prime ministerial post and tries to swear as MP contrary to the Constitution, along with several ministers in office.
He has described this as an attempt to extend personal power and as an damage to democracy and civic will.
