Kosovo police have announced that on April 3rd they will start sending traffic fines to the owner of the vehicle for the crimes identified via cameras and radar, writes Periscope.

By April 3, 2025, Kosovo police will begin sending traffic fines to the owner of the vehicle for the perpetrators identified via cameras and radar.
How will the fines be sent?
Through the Kosovo Post
Through platform e-Kosovo
What should you know?
The owner of the vehicle will accept the fine at his address.
If he was not the driver of the vehicle at the moment of violation, he is obliged to provide the driver's data.
Failure to hand over these data brings legal provisions for the physical and legal persons according to Article 254 of Law No. 08/L-186.
