The constitution of the Republic of Kosovo is not only the highest judicial act that is reflecting our efforts for freedom, for justice and for any better future for any citizen”, Krasniqi said, broadcasts Periscope.
He stressed that despite progress in the past 17 years, Kosovo still faces challenges in fully implementing the constitutional spirit in the daily lives of citizens.
The “all of us, indiscriminately, have the obligation to protect, strengthen and implement the Constitution, not only as a document, but as common guidance for a functional, developed and democratic state”, he added.
Finally, the head of The PDK gave a clear message about the importance of respecting the Constitution:
Because whoever despises the Constitution, not only challenges the law but denies the very idea of society in which justice rules, and places itself in front of the citizen, in front of the state and in the face of history. ”
