He recalls that he had to put forth great effort to convince others to join the war.
I had to talk to some Americans and Germans, they were very helpless at the moment, there was no proper coordinates and they didn't know what to do. Then I thought, why don't I go over there and see what I can do? Australia had been involved in co-ordination with Kosovo, and I was told to meet an Australian in Italy who was part of the Ministry of Defence in Tirana.
