The head of the Assembly from the VVA ranks violated the Parliament's regulation all that happened today by suspending the constitutional session.

Dehari, without being authorised to call for political consultations representatives of parties, he did so again by inviting members of the Commission to verify MPs' mandates.

Initially, opposition parties were opposed, arguing that the VV is violating the Law on Government, saying Kurti and his ministers cannot hold two positions at the same time. However, they went to discuss what they did but returned with the same answer as at the first session.

After that, the Speaker of the Assembly, Avni Dehari, did not continue the scenario of the constitutional gathering that he would have to state the number of attendees in the hall and continue by vote.

According to this scenario, after completing the number of deputies present in the hall that was a total of 119, this report would have to be put to the polls that if the number of votes went to 52, as the last time this agenda would pass today, regardless of whether the opposition would vote under KUNDP.

Dehar from LVV, as the leader of the Parliament, chose not to take this report to a vote because if it went through the second row of the day that would be the oath of MPs and then the nomination for the Speaker of the Parliament.

The vice president to be nominated by LVV would have to have 61 votes in order to pass as a proposal. With what we've seen so far, the VV has a total of 52 votes, including those of Fatmir Limaj's NISMA], which is also “thesis of the recent elections in Kosovo”.

Of the LDK's ranks, GP chief Hykmete Bajrami has reacted, who stressed that all MPs from this party were present at the session, but the chairman from VVA's ranks violated the regulation, despite having the quorum to continue with the Commission report's vote, where the hearings had ceased.

The Constitutional meeting scenario was not respected, even though there were conditions to continue where this session was interrupted on April 15th. There were 100 deputies, so there were quorums to continue with the Commission's report vote, where the hearings were interrupted.

Of the VVU's ranks, their leader Albin Kurti did not speak after the failure of the session, however, Albulen Haxhiu and Mimoza Kusari Lila, blame the opposition for the suspension.
