I really hope that the formation of functional institutions will happen soon. I think we live in a global situation where new developments do not stop. They don't wait long for things to form. Also, reforms necessary here in Kosovo must be able to move forward. So I think the sooner the better. Having a new government and a newly formed Assembly would be best for the people of Kosovo”, Ambassador Nissinen said in an interview for the KP.
