Former head of the Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani, has said at “Kanal 10” that ten MPs could seek interpretation by the Constitutional Court in terms of the stalemate in the Kosovo Assembly.
He has said the Constitution can give confirmation that this issue is political, and cannot be taken to elections.
Consequently, this can only be solved politically.
“Deputies have the possibility of several cases raising them at the Constitutional Court, including constitutionality. They're entitled to 10 deputies making the request to submit the Constitutional Court in terms of form, that form has no problem because it's the console I'm impressed.
