The news has been made known to a court media communiqué.
The trial has only begun against the three suspects who are arrested, while all others are on the run. To that end, the prosecution had demanded that more than 40 others be tried in absentia.

N, N.I. and the V.I., charged with criminally committing terrorist criminal acts and criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo, the M.R. defendant, also charged with criminal acts of relief and financing in carrying out terrorism, as well as criminal fraud of money”, says the statement.
The Court's reasoning states that the Special Prosecutor's request for trial in absentia is unfounded. Under the decision, conditions for judgment have not been met in absentia.
“The chairman of the court, has assessed the Special Prosecutor's request and found that the request for prosecution in absence is unequivocal, and at this phase of the procedure cannot be prosecuted in the absence of indictees who are on the run, as conditions defined with the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo for trial in the absence of<1> have not been met in the communiqué.
The court has indicated that the trial for the same Serbs will continue after the arrest.
However, the prosecution has the right to complaint.
The trial of the defendants in question will continue following their arrest and eventual extradition to the Republic of Kosovo. The disgruntled parties with this decision are eligible for complaint at the Court of Appeals of Kosovo, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department” concludes the announcement.
Among them is chief terrorist Milan Radoic.
The same one, along with 40 others, failed to be caught by institutions, for which reason, was asked to initiate a trial in absentia.
