No one from the contingent of people who have attacked the Parliament, the Kosovo legislature institution, would have to be nominated either to be elected to the post of Speaker of the Assembly. Not even people who made anti-unconstitutional laws” wrote Hamiti.
Hamiti allude to the charge Haxhiu faces for the introduction of tear gas in the Assembly in 2016, along with several other MPs at the time.
In March of this year, Hadziu had appeared before the court for this charge, but since others had gone to this session, she was postponed for May 7th.
