The VV decided to violate its words, and knock on the doors of “heivans”, on LDK first. But apparently, even this party is breaking down.
Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca, vice president of the Vetevendosje Movement, confirmed today that he does not believe the formation of the new government is possible without opposition parties being involved in the ruling coalition.
So, according to him, there are two scenarios.
We've had the goal [to] secure] 500 thousand votes. We didn't reach them. Now there's another scenario. It's a B” scenario, Conjufca said.
From “hajvana”, this party is citing the opposition with “duuri”.
Konjufca declared today to the media he is ready to extend his hands.
“Lerra as far as I know it is directed to alone LDK. And we'll use the language, the language of cooperation, partnership, because you can consider, imagine, tensions and polarizations that occur during the campaign, which we've had in the 8th legislature, at the end of the day, we all wake up in the morning, we see the outcome of the elections, and we realize that politics is not built on love hate”, he said.
Despite his fall, the VV always wants the leadership chair and power, with or by itself.
VV Vice President Albulen Haxhiu said they will either make Government, or new elections.
“We're expecting the Assembly of Kosovo to be introduced, you know, the Government can make the Vetevendosje Movement, and on the other hand I don't think that the opposition can as alone, so either by being like this or by making government or going to elections”, it has declared before the media.
Meanwhile, Democratic League of Kosovo Vice President Doarsa Kica-Jeli has said there is a huge gap with Vetevendosje with Vetevendosje.
Asked whether the LDK will accept the invitation for participation in the meeting with Kurti, Kica-Jeli said the party chairman Lumir Abdixhiku himself makes the decision.
While, Democratic Party of Kosovo deputy leader Uran Ismaili did not give a firm answer if they would accept an invitation for the meeting if it came from the Vetevendosje Movement.
Ismaili said that at this stage it is originally up to the first party to experience the functioning of new institutions. If it fails, then, according to him, Bedri Hamza could secure the necessary votes.
“We have an extremely clear position and a great trust, with a candidate like [Bertri Hamza] managing to create a majority, if there is an inability of the first party to form the government,” said Ismaili.
Unlike the February 9th elections, the Vetevendosje Movement has secured 48 seats in the Assembly. In order for the Assembly to be constitutionalised, its candidate for the head parliament should support at least 61 MPs, as much as they need for forming the Government.
