O Verifering Mission Leader The SEU in wartime in Kosovo, William Walker, in the interview in Klan Kosova, has mentioned The Hague Special Court.
According to him, former KLA leaders are being held there by being wrongly tried.
“Yes, the three accused currently in The Hague, former KLA elites, were not at the helm of an organised structure where each order came from above and descended below”.
He said that even though he asked to meet them, he was not enabled by the Court. This reason is a complicated procedure.
Walker, among other things, said he sees the fact that they have been in custody for three years for crimes they haven't committed.
