Despite Vetevendosje's warning that they will complain to the Supreme Court, for revote by mail, this has not happened, yet, reports Periscope.
The Supreme Court has accepted 43 administrative complaints from political subjects against PZAP's decisions.
For 42 complaints has been filed, while the latest complaint was accepted yesterday by the coalition. PAK-LpB in Ferizaj.
“Linked to your request, we inform you that the Supreme Court, regarding the National Elections, has so far received a total of 43 administrative complaints (AA) from political/Candidate subjects, against the decisions of the Acces and Parashtre Election Panel- P ZAP. For 42 complaints has been filed, until the latest complaint filed by the PAK-LPB in Ferizaj against PZAP's decision, A.r. 631/2025, accepted yesterday, with March 11th, 2025, is in procedure for deployment. The complaint has to do with the results of the QNR, for the diaspora votes, in post”, said Supreme spokeswoman Antigona Uka-Luffiu for Gazette Express.
The electoral panel for Ances and Parashtre (PZAP) had deemed Vetevendosje Movement's request for abolishing and repeating the vote through mail at the hand of last month's parliamentary elections harmless.
But with that decision the Vetevendosje Movement has not agreed.
Sami Kurteshi at the CEC meeting has indicated that the decision is arbitrary and will be rejected by the VV.
Kurteshi has said that he will be sent to the Supreme Court as well.
