It was the German newspaper “BILDThe” that had reported that European security institutions are alarmed at the possibility of reducing American troops in Europe. This media had specifically mentioned Kosovo, saying Italy is also preparing for a possible withdrawal of American troops from Kosovo.
As this newspaper wrote, this would lead to a situation where European allies would be alone in the Balkans “against Putin's friend Aleksandar Vuciq and his powerful Serbian army”.
