Defence Minister Ejup Macedonia has said that the Framework Agreement for Defence Co-operation with the United States has to do with buying helicopters.
Macedonia has said that during its visit to Washington, they have received strong support for capacity building.
The goal of this agreement is for both sides to engage in advancing co-operation in the field of defence, and within this is the construction of the helicopter fleet that has been initiated in the KSF. During our visit to the U.S. we had a visit to the helicopter factory and there we received their support to buy these helicopters. I appreciate that during the year 2025, we will have Yavelin's first arrival. But it is to be stressed that the KSF is currently not in the absence of antitank antitank” missile systems, Macedonia said./Periscopi/
