The victim is Albanian rapper Viktor Palocaj's brother, known as Unikatil.
Kosovo Police spokeswoman Flora Ahmeti reports he has been found dead in an apartment until they have already launched investigations.
“Today around 6:00, we have received information about a person with no life signs at a residence in Arberia district in Pristina. The victim in this case is a male (1983), whose death has been recorded by the medical team at the scene. Police investigators in co-ordination with the prosecutor are taking all relevant actions that would contribute to the investigation of the” event, Ahmeti has said.
