Kica-Jali numbers VV manipulations by vote: They want battle, battle will have

Doarsa Kica-Jeli from LDK reacted after Vetevendosje handed over complaints to PZAP, demanding repeat voting by mail and, as the LDK vote-rigging say.

Kica through a post in her Facebook account, said the VV is willing to receive 51 mandates with manipulations.
