From the IPK has also reported that the first case reported to have occurred in Gjakova in January this year at a family party, IPK investigators based on investigative actions taken so far, the police official is suspected of two criminal acts “holding in ownership, controlling or authorised possession of weapons” and “Abnegation of their criminal acts or leaders”.

Kosovo Police Inspectorate investigators (IPK) for two different cases have recommended the suspension of two police officials, one in Gjakova and the other case in Pristina.
Regarding the first case reported to have occurred in Gjakova in January this year at a family party, IPK investigators based on investigative actions undertaken so far, the police official is suspected of two criminal acts “being held in ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” and “Abnegation of their criminal acts or leaders<3>.
In the second case, IPK investigators have recommended the suspension of a police official who was on duty at the Capital Police Directorate on suspicion that the same had committed criminal work “Kestument during the exercise of official duty or public authorization”.
The investigative actions are being taken in co-ordination with the State Prosecutor while the case is handled in regular procedure.
IPK investigators are expected to take other investigative actions towards lighting all circumstances for both cases.
