Egun Cakoli from Democracy to Action has criticised the Central Election Commission for failing to keep words in the last election process, especially in terms of results.
Cakolli said she believes, as the CEC has warned, that tomorrow the final results will be announced, even said she doesn't understand why this has not been done today.
I don't understand why it hasn't been done today, because technically and procedurally the CEC has been able since today to announce the final results that are only the first step in a series of other procedures before the entire election process”.
“E here without hinting whether there may be decisions either from PZAP or the Supreme for any recounting or aborting or anything else”, Cakuli said in “DPS at Fidan” in Klan Kosova.
Furthermore, Cakoli said that if the results are announced tomorrow, then at least 12 days for PZAP and the Supreme Court to decide on certain cases.
“Six days has PZAP, where 48 hours are for complaints that I expect minimally hundreds of complaints, so I expect the number of complaints to exceed the two-sided number, will be safe 3x1>
“From what we've seen in this period, there are a large number of candidates who have expressed dissatisfaction, distrust, cast doubts and even had serious speculations about manipulation of the process, especially the one abroad in industrial size”, Cakolli said.
Cakolli also spoke on the case of the vote by mail, where he said that under the evidence that has been delivered to PZAP, it is very difficult to take any action to annul them.
