15 years at the Court for Property in the airport area, Bekir Zeka: Rexhepi supports the VV through ties to Faithful Bissim

Becir Zeka and his brother, Gani Zeka, claim that since 2009 they have been denied the right to take advantage of their property in the Golesh Cadastran Zone, near the “Adem Jashar” Airport, and seek peaceful return to the facility they built with their brother, Rexhep Zeka.

According to Becir Zeka, the object on this parcel was built in 2007 by the three brothers, each with 1/3 of its ownership. However, he claims that in 2009, Rexhep Zeka has usurped 2/3 of the object, excluding them from using their property. The case has been under way for 15 years without a final solution.

Zeka accuses institutions of dragging the process and claims that Rexhep Zeka has political backing from the Vetevendosje Movement, through ties with Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, where Rexhep Zeka's daughter, Kaltrin Zeka, works as chief of his staff.

For this reason, Bekir and Gani Zeka have decided on March 14, 2025, to enter their property and demand the presence of the media to document the move, stressing that they are aiming at a peaceful return. They have also attached property documents as evidence of their rights.

It remains to be seen whether the responsible institutions will intervene in resolving this long-standing legal dispute. /Kosovo.info/
