At the conclusion of this 1,046 balloting process, another 568 were calculated equally, as the first time, as invalid.
The news has been confirmed by CEC spokesman Valmir Elez.
The Central Election Commission has implemented the Election Panel's decision on Ances and Parases for recounting and re-evaluating of 1,631 invalid ballots by mail voting. After the recounting of this process ended, 1,046 ballots have been revererated valid, while another 585 have been equally estimated, as invalid”, Elesi has said.
On March 9th, the Election Panel for Anxiety and Parastance approved the Vetvendosje Movement's complaint to re-evaluate invalid ballots that had been declared such by numerators at the Centre of Counting and Results.
These ballot papers were declared invalid, as they were printed not complete by voters who voted by mail, but PZAP had requested their re-evaluation.
