The US Agency for International Development's staff was told overnight that the agency's headquarters in Washington will close on Monday, according to an email received by the ABC News from numerous sources.
The agency's “personnel normally assigned to work at USAID headquarters will work at a distance tomorrow, with the exception of personnel with core local functions and the maintenance of buildings individually contacted by the high leadership”.
